Explanation

The bow that opens and closes every keiko. Performed first to the kamiza, then to the sensei, then to the partner — “rei ni hajimari, rei ni owaru”.

稽古は礼に始まり礼に終わる。神座、先生、稽古相手の順に礼を行う。
