Children aged 6-12 had the opportunity to learn Aikido from Rudzik Manukyan, a skilled Aikido instructor, during a three-day seminar in Yerevan from February 14-16, 2020.
The seminar was tailored to the needs of young Aikido practitioners, with a focus on developing basic techniques, improving coordination, and building confidence. Manukyan Sensei created a fun and engaging environment, using games and exercises to teach children Aikido principles and techniques.
The training sessions were structured to suit children of all skill levels, from beginners to those with more experience. Manukyan Sensei used a variety of teaching methods to ensure that every child was able to learn at their own pace and to their full potential.
Throughout the seminar, children were encouraged to work together and to support one another. Manukyan Sensei emphasized the importance of mutual respect and cooperation, and helped children to develop their social skills as well as their Aikido skills.
In addition to the training sessions, the seminar also included discussions on Aikido philosophy and its practical applications in everyday life. Manukyan Sensei encouraged children to apply the principles of Aikido to their daily interactions with others, promoting peace, harmony, and respect.
